We wanted to stay there because it was so close to Sea World and this particular hotel had a hot tub and a heated pool, but the heated pool WAS NOT heated AT ALL and the hot tub was broken. When I asked about the hot tub, all the desk clerk could tell me was that they were waiting on the part to have it fixed. The toilet would barely flush and the hot water would not stay hot for long. There was no tv channels for young children except for cartoon network which has a lot of shows not recommended for young children..(family guy and then the "adult swim"). Even television channels in general were of small selection. We ended up having to find things to watch on my laptop for the kids. No discount was offered and when I was asked how my stay was on the last day by the desk clerk, she seemed very uninterested about all the problems that I addressed. I would not go back, ever!!!! I would not recommend any of my family or friends to stay at this hotel, either.
