The hotel was horrible, the room was in bad shape and a lot of things didn't work or were broken. The halls were stinky and stained badly. The customer service ranked about a -10, rude and unapologetic for keeping us waiting about 30 to check in. We had the chance to get away for a night from the kids and I will NEVER waste my money to go there again. They ruined our night.

The people at the front desk were nice. The room was not very clean and smelled very stale because there was no air flow in the room or hallways.
