This hotel was not clean. In our first room we found a broom and candy wrappers swept under the refrigerator. There was mildew on the air conditioner. We were promised a two day refund, but when we checked out they wouldn't give it to us.
Dishes and towels were left in the hall for several days before being picked up. The sidewalks were covered in duck shit, making it impossible to pull our luggage in or out without getting it covered in the stuff.
Housekeeping was very poor.
There is a daily charge for shuttles to the parks even if they aren't used.
We'll never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
